That sounds good to me. But it needs some stick along with carrot. Stick of public derogation for some things, like immigration policy massive lobbying for one.

Well he won’t need to worry about bothering me then so. I definitely do not have a firm hand. The last child I babysat for tried to spank me rather than the other way round. Clearly a junior alpha in training.
